What This Website Provides

This site is a private reference resource. It does not host official records, control jail data, confirm current custody, release anyone, accept bond, or file court documents.

Its purpose is to point visitors toward Kent County inmate, booking, court, TDCJ, IVSS, BOP, ICE, and public-records resources, including options under the Texas Public Information Act, Government Code Chapter 552.

Acceptable Use

• Do not use this site in a way that violates any law.
• Do not use information found here or through linked tools to stalk, harass, threaten, or intimidate anyone.
• Do not make employment, housing, lending, insurance, or similar eligibility decisions from site content.
• Do not try to gain unauthorized access to any site, server, account, or system.
• Do not use automated bots, scraping systems, or bulk collection tools.
• Do not interfere with site availability or use by others.

No Consumer Reporting Use

This site is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. It does not provide background checks, credit reports, or consumer reports, and its partners are not offered here for screening services. You agree not to use any information from this site or linked tools for FCRA-covered purposes.
